The digitally printed fabric inspired by sea-reptiles was molded and contorted into short skirted, bell shaped silhouettes (seen throughout the last few seasons). McQueen's signature couture detailing saw garments spotted with exquisite beading, trimming and sequin adding a luxurious touch. Overall the end product was very wearable. This is the thing I love about his work although it is conceptual and revolutionary it still remains relevant and wearable. As for the shoes... well I'm not even going to start on the shoes as they speak for themselves.
Alexander's work is impossible to emulate making it truely unique.
