Khan, a good friend of mine is only 17 and like me has only been sewing since the start of this year. He has already made custom made dresses for formals and hair modeling parades. He made this outfit from scratch the cape is made from tulle and hand sewn! The top is backless with chains and the skirt is made in 3 tiers each with a centre front pleat.
